I am passionate about working in the education sector creating the needed structures and support systems for the people and tasks involved in a mission-driven, values-based educational organization.  I have worked with the Harvard Business School, Harvard Divinity School, Harvard Graduate School of Education, Harvard Graduate School of Design, Wellesley College, Williams College, and other educational institutions.

Civic and Civil Society

I have expertise in non-profit institutions and public policy, and I look to combine this experience with my organizational development skills to support organizations providing public services for the common good.  I have worked with the Sierra Club, the Episcopal Church, TeachforAmerica, On the Rise, Cambridge Public Housing, Mill City Grows and other non-profit organizations and governmental institutions.
